Repair or Restringing
We guarantee all our jewelry designs from manufacture defect. We also guarantee that you'll love your jewelry!

Here are our terms:
  • If there is a problem with your jewelry right out of the box, we'll fix it for free.
  • If you've given us incorrect birth data for custom jewelry, it costs $30 for a restring. Essentially, we'll need to start from scratch.
  • If your necklace or bracelet breaks because you "loved it to death", we'll restring it so it can keep sending its positive vibes your way. The cost is $30 for Horoscope Jewelry and $20 for Destiny and Zodiac pieces.

All repairs include replacing missing beads, exchanging worn beads (we even send the originals back to you since they've absorbed your energy), and polishing it to a shine.

Choose the type of repair you need from the list below. In the Special Instructions box on the payment page, please be specific about the repair needed.

Send the jewelry back to us in a padded envelope. Include your phone number, address, and the name of the design.

We'll get it back to you as soon as possible!
